Junior Social Media & Community Manager

We’re looking for a gamer at heart with real skills in social media management to help us build a thriving community.

Contract Type: Project-Based (3 months, renewable upon KPIs assessment)

Are you the one who always knows what’s trending in the gaming world?

Do you speak fluent meme, live on Discord, and have a passion for creating buzz online?

On a scale from 1 to 10, how obsessed are you with gaming and social media?

What you’ll do

• Manage and grow our presence on X, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitch, Discord, and else

• Create and schedule engaging content tailored to the gamer audience

• Respond to comments, DMs, and community chatter in a voice that’s smart, casual, and on-brand

• Monitor trends in gaming and pop culture

• Brainstorm and launch creative campaigns to build brand love and drive engagement

Who you are

• You’re a gamer—you know the culture, the lingo, the humor, the rage quits, and the hype

• Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and content best practices

• Bonus points if you’ve worked with a brand or community before (even your own Twitch/Instagram counts!)

• A natural communicator, fluent in English (but most importantly fluent in gaming), and comfortable engaging with different tones and styles
